feat: 精简项目列表，更新状态为维护中，补充 devicedeck 截图资源

移除 billddesk、codex-manager、news-classifier、streetmoment 四个项目，
将剩余四个项目状态统一更新为 maintained，补充 devicedeck 的应用截图与 logo。
